golden cleanse hypnosis
This is a 27-minute soft hypnosis created with the deep intention to move through your physical vessel with a golden cleanse frequency and release any and all energies not serving you and your highest self at this time. This hypnosis will also take you through the process of calling your source energies back into your body, simple chord cutting to those holding your energy as a source, and reconnection to your highest vibrational self.
I personally recommend getting into a comfortable position - you can sit or lay; you will want to ensure you are not so tired that you might fall asleep; if you are tired, please choose to enter into this hypnosis in a sitting position. I often will do this hypnosis on a regular daily basis - always at the end of the day when I am done seeing other people and sometimes even twice a day - once in the middle of my day if I am ever feeling drained or out of alignment with myself.
